Ethical Practices

Ethical professional practices represent a core value for MR Green Bay.  Along with superior levels of service to our clients, we’re committed to an uncompromising standard of professional conduct.  This is more than a company policy; it is who we are. 

  

The canon of our professional practice consists of  

  • Protection of client and candidate confidentiality.  Client and candidate information is disclosed only with their full knowledge and approval.

  • Provision of all relevant client and candidate information that could influence a decision – positively or negatively.

  • Adherence to all applicable laws and regulations relating to recruitment or employment. That includes nondiscrimination based on any protected characteristic, including age, gender, race, color, religion, national origin, marital status, disability and others.

  • Prohibition from recruiting an employee from a company that is currently a client.

  • Application of our unique recruiting methodology to fully qualify all candidates before they are presented for consideration to our clients.

  • Assurance of timely updates, feedback and responses to both clients and candidates throughout the recruiting process.

  • Collection of objective, professional references prior to an offer of employment being made to one of our candidates.

  • Provision of a fee agreement at the outset of our relationship with clients, allowing for their full understanding of the terms of the agreement.

  • Treatment of all candidates with respect and dignity.  Constructive professional counseling will also be provided as appropriate and warranted.
